An aromatic seasoning with onions and parsley adding a distinct Middle Eastern flavour to meat.
Ingredients: cumin, vegetable bouillon, onion, cinnamon, wheat flour, parsley, sumac, mustard, black pepper, ginger, garlic, clove.
Instuctions per serving: add one to two teaspoons to 100g of minced meat. Knead for 1 – 2 minutes until mixed in. Form to patties or shape around skewers. Grill for 2 – 3 minutes each side or until cooked to desired tenderness.
