A spicy rub with rose petals and a distinctly aromatic scent of lavender, cinnamon and cloves.
Ingredients: Vegetable Bouillon, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, lavender flowers, rose petals, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cassia, galangal, pimento, mace, nutmeg, cardamom, clove.
Serving suggestions: Perfect with fish and poultry. Add to rice, couscous, tagines, meat stews, roasts and barbeques. Try mixing with oil, crushed garlic and lemon juice to make a heady marinade.
Instructions per serving: rub on to both sides of fish or poultry fillets, drizzle with olive oil and grill for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
