Seeds are hulled in a chemical-free process, then roasted and stone ground at low speed for superior color, flavor, and texture. It is used as a base for Cortas’ Halva, a crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth, ready-to-eat confection, as well as in our Vegetarian Dips.
