This intensely aromatic Greek honey is produced for us by Alexandros Gousiaris. He lovingly tends his bees and their hives throughout the year, ensuring they are protected in the winter and moved during the spring and summer periods to areas in Greece where the conifers grow in abundance. The resulting honey has a robust flavour. This honey is cold extracted and unfiltered to ensure the nutritional properties of the honeydew are not destroyed.
